These Terms of Service govern access to and participation in The Biggest Loser, operated by Magic Health Point (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms apply to all users who visit the website, register for the bootcamp, participate online or offline, or use any related services.
By registering for The Biggest Loser Season 12 or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or participate.
Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals of all genders. There is no fixed upper age limit. Participants below 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By registering, you confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in fitness or weight-related activities and that you accept full responsibility for your participation.
Nature of the Program
The Biggest Loser is a time-bound 90-day weight loss challenge. Participation may be online, offline, or both, depending on the option selected during registration.
Participants are free to follow any fitness or lifestyle routine of their choice, including gym workouts, walking, yoga, cardio, diet-based routines, or home workouts.
The program does not provide medical advice and should not be treated as a medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic service.
Registration and Fees
Participation requires payment of a one-time registration fee. Optional add-on services, if selected, are charged separately.
Registration is confirmed only after successful receipt of full payment. All details regarding fees, inclusions, timelines, and participation rules are shared at the time of registration.
Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store or access debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking details. By completing payment, you authorize us to process the transaction for the selected services.
No Refund and No Transfer Policy
All payments made toward registration or optional add-on services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to participate, medical reasons, personal commitments, partial participation, non-participation, or disqualification.
Please register only if you are certain about your participation.
Weight Submission and Verification
Participants must submit starting and ending weight details in the format and within the timelines communicated by the organizing team. Verification methods may include digital submissions, images, videos, timestamps, or in-person verification for offline participants. Providing incorrect, misleading, incomplete, or false data may result in disqualification from rewards or recognition.
Lucky Draw and Rewards
The Biggest Loser Season 12 includes a lucky draw for eligible participants.
To qualify for the lucky draw:
The participant must complete the 90-day challenge.
A minimum of 10% body weight loss must be achieved within the challenge period.
All weight submissions must meet verification requirements.
The 10% weight loss requirement is only a qualification condition and not a promised or guaranteed result.
One male participant and one female participant will be selected as winners through a fair lucky draw conducted among all eligible participants.
All decisions regarding eligibility, verification, and winner selection are final and binding.
Results Disclaimer
Weight loss results vary from person to person based on effort, routine, consistency, health conditions, and lifestyle factors.
Any examples, testimonials, or success stories shared represent individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.Code of ConductParticipants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other participants.
Any form of misconduct, abusive behavior, false reporting, cheating, or misuse of the platform may result in immediate disqualification without refund.
Online Participation
Online participants are treated equally to offline participants in terms of rules, eligibility, and rewards.
Participants are responsible for ensuring access to the internet, devices, and tools required for communication and submissions.
Intellectual Property
All content related to The Biggest Loser, including text, logos, visuals, videos, and materials, is the intellectual property of Magic Health Point and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in the bootcamp is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Magic Health Point, its organizers, staff, and partners shall not be held responsible for any injury, health issue, loss, or damage arising from participation. Participants are advised to consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any fitness or weight loss activity.
Termination of Participation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation if a participant violates these Terms or engages in misconduct. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
GST Information
The Biggest Loser is operated by Magic Health Point, a business registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws of India. Applicable GST is charged on registration fees and add-on services as per prevailing regulations and mentioned on invoices.
