This Return & Refund Policy applies to all registrations, payments, and services offered under The Biggest Loser, operated by Magic Health Point. By registering for the bootcamp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
Nature of Services
The Biggest Loser is a time-bound fitness and weight loss challenge delivered as a service. No physical products are sold or shipped as part of the program.Once registration is completed, access to the challenge, systems, and participation eligibility is granted.
No Return of Services
As this is a service-based program with immediate access and participation rights, there is no concept of return once registration is completed.
No Refund Policy
All registration fees and payments for optional add-on services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
1- Change of decision after registration
2- Inability to participate fully or partially
3- Medical conditions or personal reasons
4- Travel, work, or time-related constraints
5- Failure to achieve desired results
6- Disqualification due to rule violations
Participants are advised to register only if they are fully certain about their ability and willingness to participate.
Cancellation
Registrations cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Non-participation or withdrawal from the challenge does not make a participant eligible for any refund or credit.
Optional Add-On Services
Payments made for optional add-on services are also non-refundable. Non-usage or partial usage of add-ons does not qualify for any refund or adjustment.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
For any payment-related issues, participants are encouraged to contact the support team directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorised chargebacks or disputes may result in suspension or disqualification from the challenge and forfeiture of eligibility for rewards or recognition.
